Your Role and Responsibilities
As an essential contributor reporting to the Regional Architectural Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in executing ROCKWOOL's comprehensive market strategies, both immediate and long-term. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with architects and designers to effectively promote and specify ROCKWOOL products. You will also deliver engaging AIA presentations to architects, designers, and end users, highlighting the innovative features of our product offerings.
In collaboration with a sales representative, you will provide essential support to ensure the success of the designated territory. Your diverse responsibilities will encompass active participation in industry-related activities, account management, binder updates, display installations, and maintenance, alongside a thorough understanding of budgeting and market pricing. This dynamic role demands a proactive mindset and a commitment to maintaining a strong market presence, significantly contributing to the success of the ROCKWOOL brand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or a related field.
- Established relationships with architects, interior designers, facility managers, and builders.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial sales/specification within the interior building materials sector is preferred.
- Proficient in building and nurturing high-level relationships and networks.
- Exceptional presentation and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time, including 20% overnight travel.
