Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the spirits and beverage industry
  • Demonstrated distributor relationship management and account management experience
  • Innovative and creative approach to sales and marketing
  • Experience leading, developing, and motivating sales teams
  • Able to contribute to strategies and execute with excellence
  • Creative presentation and public speaking skills
  • Well-developed influence and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Frequent travel required; must have valid driver's license and vehicle for travel between accounts within assigned territory
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA a plus
