Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and identify new opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand revenue.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the market.
  • Generate daily reports of sales activities and submit them to management.
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company's marketing presence in the territory.
  • Attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients.
  • Update client information in the company contact database with sales progress reports.
  • Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth.
  • Deliver products to customer locations if needed.
  • Provide product training and after-care service, including technical support.
  • Plan and organize daily work schedules and business trips.
  • Focus on sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
  • Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and delivery schedules.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and preparing reports.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reaching out to technicians and being able to repair products.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Closing skills and negotiation skills.
  • Territory management skills and prospecting skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Excellent team development skills and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 80lbs of product.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Business level).
  • Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite and basic Japanese skills are a plus.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
