POSITION


As a Senior IT Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing, managing, and providing support for all facets of client IT infrastructure and backend services.

Your primary responsibility will be to address and resolve significant escalations from lower-tier support teams. A successful candidate will collaborate with these teams and handle infrastructure change requests as necessary.

This role serves as a crucial link between the Helpdesk and the Projects team, working closely with the Projects team to suggest enhancements for client infrastructure.

Moreover, you will partner with management to establish and uphold relevant procedures and standards, as well as design and define technical solutions for projects and the implementation of infrastructure-related initiatives.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ticket Management
  • Evaluating and resolving intricate escalations from support teams while ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Addressing client change requests related to IT infrastructure and services.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to achieve customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Assisting in the monitoring, management, and maintenance of all aspects of client infrastructure and backend services.
  • Documenting client infrastructure comprehensively.
  • Identifying and recommending changes, upgrades, and new services for clients.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Collaborating with management to define and implement new processes, procedures, and services to enhance service delivery.
  • Identifying, refining, and promoting best practices regarding deliverables, processes, and knowledge sharing.
  • Contributing to the knowledge base to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieving at least one certification annually in alignment with company needs and technician interests.

Contributing to the marketing efforts of the company through insights or other channels.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years of relevant professional IT experience.
  • Advanced IT certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, etc.).
  • High proficiency with contemporary IT systems, hardware, infrastructure, and services.
  • Demonstrated persistence and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Consistently maintaining a professional appearance and work ethic.
  • Ability to multitask, along with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will have access to sensitive information governed by U.S. export controls. Therefore, eligibility as a U.S. Person is required.
