Position Overview
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is in search of a full-time Senior Systems Engineer (Level 6) specializing in RF/EW systems. In this capacity, you will engage in Electronic Warfare (EW) engineering tasks to support the design, development, and integration of subsystems.

Qualifications
A Level 6 engineer typically possesses a minimum of 20 years of relevant professional experience.
Applicants must be U.S. citizens, as this role necessitates a government security clearance. This position is situated at a facility requiring special access.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Proven experience in leading teams of EW engineers
  • Familiarity with Radar principles, RF hardware design, physical RF interfaces, or antenna integration on airborne platforms
  • Extensive experience collaborating with suppliers
  • Demonstrated expertise in the systems engineering lifecycle, including development, requirements decomposition, and the application of relevant processes and tools
  • Possession of an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance
Preferred Skills
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Expertise in conducting EW/EA IRAD/CRAD initiatives and preliminary trade studies
  • Experience in EW proposal development
  • Served as the primary contact for external clients on EW/EA programs
  • Exhibited technical leadership capabilities
  • Strong comprehension of current and emerging threat systems
