As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various Lines of Business and Functions within the Aeronautics sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a variety of specialized projects, which may encompass areas such as comprehensive value stream analysis, process enhancement, and the application of Agile methodologies in Project Engineering.
  • Facilitate the creation of Project Charters, detailed Project Plans, and ensure effective Project Execution.
  • Coordinate the planning, organization, control, integration, and successful completion of Engineering projects in collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Must be a US Citizen. This role is based at a facility requiring special access.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field from an accredited institution, along with relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in Project Management, Project Engineering, or Systems Engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement Project plans.
  • Possession of a Secret or higher security clearance.

Preferred Skills

  • Exemplary leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated individual with minimal supervision required, capable of clear communication across various levels of leadership.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Program or Project Management.
  • Experience in managing software development initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Dassault 3D Experience (3DX) and digital engineering tools.
  • Knowledge of Agile development practices and Model-Based Systems Engineering.
  • Experience managing projects using Confluence and/or JIRA.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
