Business Development Executive Opportunity

ARK Solutions, Inc., a leading staffing services provider, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, establishing relationships with client decision makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase headcount, revenue, and gross margins.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and its offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure business deals.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, plus at least 3 years of work experience in the contingent workforce industry.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with ATS systems, such as Job Diva, is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and negotiate contracts.
