About the Role:

Court Reporting, Transcription, Trial Services, and Remote Depositions are key areas of focus for this position. As a Senior Business Development Manager - Legal Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in assigned accounts or regions. This includes identifying new business opportunities, managing a book of business, and providing exceptional client service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and networking events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality products and services that meet client needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Valid state driver's license required for local travel to clients.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional overnight travel.
  • Proven sales experience in the legal industry, with a strong understanding of court reporting and deposition services.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and legal database systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
