Senior Lead Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lead Business Development Manager to join our Commercial Banking team at Bank of Montreal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our commercial banking products and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and support teams to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions to meet client needs.
- Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in commercial banking or a related field.
- Education: Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills: Strong business development and relationship-building skills, with a deep understanding of commercial banking products and services.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Competitive Salary: $87,161,400.00 per year.
