Position Summary: We are currently seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Administrator to serve as the initial point of contact for our corporate office. This role is pivotal as it represents the company and encompasses a variety of administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Welcome visitors, clients, and new employees, guiding them to the correct areas.
  • Maintain organization in communal spaces such as printers and kitchens.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks, including setting up access and preparing workspaces.
  • Digitally archive documents and distribute them to relevant parties.
  • Oversee the distribution of employee recognition cards for birthdays and anniversaries.
  • Ensure supplies are replenished in various office areas, including sanitization stations and break rooms.
  • Create shipping labels and manage certified mail.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate channels.
  • Update the employee directory with new hire information and changes.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated time management abilities.
  • A positive demeanor with a readiness to embrace new challenges.
  • Familiarity with clerical and administrative procedures is a plus.
