Client Relations Specialist

We are looking for a Client Relations Specialist to join our Customer Solutions Center.

The Client Relations Specialist will deliver exceptional customer service support to both internal and external clients based on their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and set objectives and goals for assigned projects.
  • Provide customer service to both internal and external clients.
  • Create and maintain client accounts by accurately recording account details.
  • Receive and manage all incoming service inquiries via calls and emails from clients.
  • Generate, schedule, and oversee all service work orders.
  • Engage potential clients by addressing service inquiries and suggesting additional services.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to all areas of responsibility, gathering and analyzing information to take appropriate action.
  • Assist with sales opportunities arising from service requests.
  • Support local offices with processes, training, and communication.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.
  • Monitor a rotating on-call phone and manage requests accordingly.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience or knowledge in the construction or roofing industry is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service within a call center environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging customer situations.
  • Highly motivated with a strong initiative for learning and rapid implementation.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels in a team-oriented setting.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college education preferred.
