Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing support to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and their applications.
  • Process and follow up on customer orders efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications.
  • Update customer information in our ERP system as necessary.
  • Prepare quotes for the sales team or dealers.
  • Direct qualified leads to the appropriate sales personnel for further engagement.
  • Coordinate order shipments and provide freight estimates while adhering to shipping protocols.
  • Troubleshoot product-related issues using available manuals and resources.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer inquiries effectively.
  • Escalate complex queries and concerns when required.

  • Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration to achieve objectives.
  • Interest or background in manufacturing or related industries is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Quick learner of business management software.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • Associate's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.

Compensation

Hourly wage ranges from $20 to $25.
