Your Role: Navitor Midwest, a division of Taylor Corporation, is in search of a dedicated Customer Service Center Representative to enhance our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in building and sustaining relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are fully addressed. You will serve as the primary contact for our sales representatives and customers, managing all aspects of estimating, order processing, vendor coordination, and customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary contact for assigned accounts, responding to inquiries via phone and email regarding our offerings.
  • Proactively identify and address the needs of both internal and external clients.
  • Support the sales team by providing detailed information about products, pricing, and procedures.
  • Effectively communicate customer project specifications to various production facilities to ensure accurate pricing and timely production.
  • Monitor project progress across multiple production sites.
  • Document and address complaints from sales or customers in our operating system.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Oversee inventory levels and generate purchase orders as needed to maintain product availability.

Your Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively, manage stress, and interact with diverse personalities.
  • Skill in identifying problems, gathering data, and drawing logical conclusions.
