Compeer Financial is seeking a collaborative and dynamic professional to support our Top Workplace culture.

Position Overview

This position plays a critical role in supporting the organization through exceptional client service to internal and external clients, prospects, and third parties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional, high-quality client service that aligns with the mission and vision of Compeer Financial.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and triage client communications, including email and phone inquiries.
  • Perform a variety of transactions at the client's request, including account maintenance and corrections.
  • Assist clients in resolving issues related to misapplied payments and consult with Finance as needed.
  • Transfer incoming calls to the appropriate team member when necessary.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-5 years of client service experience, preferably in a financial institution.
  • General knowledge of farming operations and agriculture.
  • General knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Mathematical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic typing skills.
  • Organizational, listening, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer skills, including MS Office applications, customer relationship management (CRM) programs, and other related applications.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members to service all aspects of client needs.
