Key Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitates a relationship-driven sales approach, managing leads and nurturing prospects from initial inquiry to move-in, which includes conducting tours, explaining services, and ensuring a seamless transition for new residents.
  2. Engages in outreach efforts and manages referral relationships with essential stakeholders, including discharge planners and senior service providers.
  3. Communicates effectively with team members, including the Senior Living Consultant and Executive Director, to ensure a coordinated process for prospective residents.
  4. Assists in tracking and maintaining sales performance metrics and occupancy goals.
  5. Contributes to the execution of a standardized marketing strategy to enhance lead generation and brand visibility.
  6. Monitors local market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  7. Performs additional duties as required.
