Position Overview:
The Strategic Channel Sales Leader (CSM) plays a pivotal role in overseeing the business operations within the Agency travel team and partnerships, with a primary focus on enhancing profitability and managing channel relationships with agents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily activities of sales producers to ensure a robust sales pipeline.
- Provide coaching and guidance to facilitate cross-selling opportunities and business growth.
- Drive individual agent performance to achieve a minimum growth rate of 20% annually.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards concerning licensing and commission payments for agents.
- Maintain the quality of applications submitted by agents.
- Support and guide producers in all aspects related to policy services.
- Conduct training sessions for agents on products, processes, and unique selling propositions of Tata AIG General Insurance.

Accountability:
- Achieve overall Gross Written Premium targets.
- Ensure sustainable profitability for the business unit.
- Maintain operational hygiene and efficiency.
- Recruit and retain high-performing agents.
- Activate new agents and ensure their engagement.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including Operations, Underwriting, Finance, Human Resources, and Training Teams to align on business objectives.
- Engage with external stakeholders such as agents and brokers to foster strong partnerships.

Experience Required:
- 1-2 years of experience in the insurance sector.
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in leading a business line within Retail Sales.
