Job Description

**About the Role**

ThinkTank LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales team leader to join our team as a BroadBolt Sales Team Leader. As a BroadBolt Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives in promoting and enrolling eligible customers into affordable home internet and streaming TV service packages.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Recruitment and Management**
    • Recruit and maintain a minimum of 5 sales representatives.
    • Develop strategies to attract top sales talent and build a robust sales team.
    • Manage and support the sales team to achieve high performance and meet enrollment targets.
    • Recruit sales representatives on a statewide, regional, and national level.
    • Establish sales teams with a multi-office presence across states, regions, and the nation, and recruit across various offices.
  • **Training and Compliance**
    • Conduct comprehensive training programs for new and existing agents, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance.
    • Ensure all sales representatives adhere to BroadBolt's policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Implement ongoing educational initiatives to keep the team updated on best practices and industry changes.
  • **Strategic Location Management**
    • Identify and secure strategic locations for sales operations to maximize customer outreach and enrollments in all US cities, regions, and states.
    • Coordinate with local businesses, community centers, and event organizers to establish sales and enrollment venues.
  • **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**
    • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
    • Provide regular reports on sales activities, challenges, and achievements to BroadBolt management.
    • Implement corrective actions when performance standards are not met.
  • **Customer Relationship Management**
    • Foster positive relationships with customers and communities to enhance BroadBolt's reputation and service adoption.
    • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
    • Emphasize the importance of reducing churn and implement strategies to encourage customer loyalty and retention with the broadband provider.
  • **Marketing and Promotion**
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
    • Utilize various channels, including local events and community partnerships, to promote BroadBolt's services.

**Compensation**
