- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic partnerships that drive business growth and expansion.
- Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Thought Leadership: Position yourself as a thought leader in the industry by actively networking, developing brand awareness, and providing solutions to challenges.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a science-related field.
- Experience: 12+ years of related business development and leadership experience, with extensive knowledge in the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Skills: Proven sales experience, strategic mindset, thought leadership, and ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $219,000 to $266,000, as well as opportunities for commissions and bonuses based on company and individual performance. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits, 401(k) matching, and flexible paid time off.
