About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team at Conductor. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our channel partnership strategy, aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Channel Partnership Strategy: Design and execute plans to effectively engage, onboard, and manage partners, driving revenue through partner engagement.
  • Advocate for Partner Opportunities: Collaborate with our senior executive team to identify, evaluate, and recruit high-potential partners, negotiating and finalizing partnership deals to meet business and revenue goals.
  • Develop Enablement Playbooks: Create training, support, and resources to ensure partner success and growth, building and nurturing executive relationships with partners.
  • Establish Infrastructure and Processes: Develop and implement necessary tools and systems to support partnerships, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Develop and Execute Joint Go-to-Market Strategies: Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies, covering lead generation, sales, product development, and integration.
  • Oversee Cross-Team Collaborations: Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on partnership performance and opportunities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • 8+ Years of Experience: Driving high-performing partner, business development, and/or sales in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Proven Track Record: Developing and growing strategic partnerships at the executive level, with expertise in constructing and managing strategic partners, agencies, reseller, ISV, and marketplace partner programs.
  • Strong Leadership Experience: Building and leading teams, fostering high-performance, positive team cultures, and demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent Negotiation Skills: Negotiating high-value deals with a C-level audience and positively influencing outcomes, with sound business judgment and strong analytical skills.
  • Agile and Entrepreneurial Mindset: Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and an MBA preferred.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive, performance-based compensation program, with a base salary range of $175,000 - $225,000, and a 30% incentive plan based on attainment of quota and performance targets.
