Senior Director Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Director Business Development to lead our revenue growth initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing and expanding channels, and broadening our service portfolio. Your focus will be on building new client relationships and delivering a wider range of solutions to meet evolving client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth Initiatives: Develop and execute strategies to drive new revenue streams by expanding service offerings and aligning with client needs and market demands.
- Client Acquisition & Channel Development: Establish and grow new business channels to reach diverse markets, expand our client base, and offer a broader mix of services across multiple sectors.
- Solution Selling: Collaborate with internal consulting teams to deliver customized, value-driven solutions that address client challenges efficiently and effectively.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and establish long-term partnerships.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a results-driven sales strategy focused on business growth, market expansion, and diversified service offerings.
- Collaboration with Consulting Teams: Work closely with internal teams to align business development initiatives with service delivery, ensuring seamless client engagements.
- Market Expansion: Continuously explore new market opportunities to broaden our service portfolio and deliver additional value to clients.
- Client Retention & Growth: Ensure high client satisfaction by gathering feedback, addressing needs proactively, and identifying new areas for service expansion.
- 10 years of experience in business development with a focus on consulting or professional services.
- Proven success in identifying new revenue initiatives, establishing channels, and diversifying client portfolios.
- Expertise in managing full sales cycles from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Strong understanding of consulting services in areas such as software engineering, project management, change management, and technology enablement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
