Position Overview
We are in search of a dedicated Senior Client Manager who possesses a strong business development orientation to steer the strategic trajectory of our technology solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities
The Senior Client Manager will:

  • Drive significant business development efforts within both established clients with limited engagement and new client acquisition in a designated region.
  • Focus on technology solutions encompassing hardware, software licensing, support services, and professional services related to hardware products.
  • Manage and cultivate relationships to foster growth, expansion, and renewals across all solutions within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with lead generation representatives to pursue identified leads.

What You Will Do
In this role, you will:

  • Leverage your 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, which includes prospecting new clients, managing accounts, and expanding existing relationships.
  • Engage with OEM partners such as Cisco, promoting enterprise-level solutions and services.
  • Establish and nurture relationships to enhance expansion and renewals across all NTT solutions and services.
  • Be accountable for client solution penetration, account monitoring, portfolio reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate proactively with NTT's specialist sales teams and client services to ensure opportunities are successfully closed.
  • Develop client strategies and negotiate multi-year contracts that yield mutual benefits.
  • Take ownership of larger, strategic clients within domestic, mid-market, or international segments, advocating for client needs while driving revenue and margin improvements.
  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the buying process.
  • Assist clients in identifying their needs and articulate how NTT can provide value through our offerings.
  • Conduct vulnerability analyses of NTT's position relative to competitors to ensure client requirements are prioritized in proposed solutions.
  • Utilize NTT's sales tools and methodologies to effectively manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts.

Ideal Candidate Profile
This role is ideal for candidates who:

  • Possess 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, demonstrating a proven track record over the past five years.
  • Have a strong history of selling System Integration products and services, managing enterprise accounts, and collaborating with OEM partners.
  • Exhibit strong forecasting capabilities and effectively manage the sales cycle to closure.
  • Have experience selling technology solutions, including Enterprise Licensing Agreements, System Integration Services, and Cybersecurity solutions.
  • Demonstrate experience managing large, multi-year contracts.
  • Are skilled in consultative selling with a focus on business outcomes.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Are proactive problem solvers committed to delivering optimal solutions for clients.
  • Possess a solid understanding of client financial analysis.
