Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Client Relationship Manager who possesses a strong business development orientation to steer the strategic trajectory of our technology solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities
This role involves:

  • Driving significant business development efforts with both existing clients and new customer acquisition within a designated territory.
  • Focusing on technology solutions encompassing hardware, software licensing, support services, and professional services related to hardware products.
  • Managing and enhancing relationships to facilitate land, expansion, and renewals across all solutions within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborating with OEM partners, including Cisco, to sell enterprise-level solutions and services.
  • Building and nurturing relationships to promote growth and renewals across all NTT solutions and services.
  • Engaging proactively with NTT's specialized sales teams and client services to ensure opportunities are effectively pursued.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, including prospecting new clients and managing existing accounts.
  • A proven track record in selling System Integration products and services, with experience working alongside OEM partners.
  • Strong forecasting abilities and a comprehensive understanding of the sales cycle.
  • Experience with technology solutions such as Enterprise Licensing Agreements, System Integration Services, and Cybersecurity.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large, multi-year contracts.
  • Excellent consultative selling skills with a focus on business outcomes.
  • A collaborative spirit, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering optimal client solutions.
