Your Role
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Client Manager with a strong focus on new business development to steer the strategic direction of our technology solutions and services. This role is essential for fostering key business relationships with both existing clients and potential new clients within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development efforts with existing customers who have limited engagement and pursue new client acquisition.
- Focus on technology solutions, including hardware, software licensing, support services, and professional services related to hardware products.
- Manage and enhance relationships to facilitate growth, expansion, and renewals across all solutions within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with lead generation and business development representatives to pursue identified leads.

What You Will Do
- Leverage your 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, which encompasses prospecting new clients, managing accounts, and expanding existing relationships.
- Work closely with OEM partners, such as Cisco, to sell enterprise-level solutions and services.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships to drive expansion and renewals across all NTT solutions and services.
- Be accountable for client solution penetration, account monitoring, portfolio reporting, and issue resolution.

Client Engagement
- Engage proactively with NTT's specialist sales teams and client services to ensure opportunities are realized.
- Develop client strategies and negotiate multi-year contracts that benefit both NTT and the client.
- Take ownership of larger, strategic clients across various market segments, advocating for client needs while focusing on revenue growth and margin improvement.

Client Satisfaction
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the entire buying process by managing commercial agreements effectively.
- Identify and articulate client needs, demonstrating how NTT can deliver value through our services and solutions.
- Utilize relationship skills and knowledge of the client environment to influence decision-making at every stage of the buying process.

Sales Management
- Conduct vulnerability analyses of NTT's competitive position to ensure client requirements are prioritized in proposed solutions.
- Use NTT's sales tools and methodologies to manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts effectively.
- Drive cost, pricing, and profitability effectiveness to create and sustain stakeholder value.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales with a proven track record in managing enterprise accounts and selling System Integration products and services.
- Strong capabilities in forecasting and managing the sales cycle.
- Experience with Cisco products and services or other technology solutions providers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, multi-year contracts and a consultative selling approach.
