Position Summary: The role of the Home Care Case Coordinator is essential in ensuring the seamless operation of our services in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing home care. This position is pivotal in leading client case management functions and fostering relationships that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement: Act as a role model for scheduling staff, participate in the recruitment of new caregivers, and identify opportunities for client referrals.
  • Client Interaction: Manage inquiries from potential clients and oversee the development of staff training programs.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct audits of client files to ensure compliance and serve as a liaison for case managers.
