Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with both the sales and customer service divisions to craft and share positive branding messages for our clients' offerings.
  • Engage with every customer courteously, empathetically, and professionally.
  • Offer comprehensive explanations for any inquiries and educate consumers on how our services differentiate from competitors.
  • Promote, display, and distribute marketing materials related to sales trends, market insights, and services to targeted audiences.
  • Anticipate and assess upcoming marketing strategies, sales trends, and the effectiveness of products/services.
  • Establish and cultivate positive relationships with current and prospective customers to encourage long-term loyalty.
  • Collect customer feedback to evaluate and enhance service effectiveness.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records and uphold a professional demeanor when interacting with both new and existing clients.
Qualifications:

We seek individuals who are not only effective communicators but also empathetic listeners, adept problem solvers, and representatives of our brand. Customer Service Representatives will enhance product and service awareness while maintaining a positive brand image. The following qualifications are advantageous:

  • Previous experience in customer service, client relations, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated skills in teamwork and leadership, including mentoring and developing junior staff members.
  • Ability to adapt to various circumstances with clients as they implement new integrations.
  • Strong determination, drive, and capacity to work independently.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills when engaging with customers and clients.
