As a Client Relations Specialist, you will serve as the cornerstone of Phontabulous's customer experience. Your role is pivotal, as you will be the initial point of contact when our clients seek assistance, and your efforts will culminate in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries and issues promptly and with a positive demeanor.
