In the role of Client Relations Specialist at Lattice, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional support to our clients and internal stakeholders.

The Client Relations Specialist serves as a reliable consultant who addresses intricate challenges in a collaborative manner while fostering robust relationships.

Moreover, this position involves working closely with Customer Success teams to promote product utilization and provide expert assistance through various communication channels.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients through chat, email, and video conferencing
  • Collaborating with Customer Success Managers to nurture client relationships

  • Implementing process improvements to enhance team effectiveness
  • Promoting knowledge sharing within the team
  • Providing constructive feedback on initiatives and participating in team-building activities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years in customer support roles
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities
  • Quick learner with a strong aptitude for new technologies
  • A collaborative team member with a solid work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Slack, and Zoom.

Compensation and Benefits:
The hourly wage for this position is $29.00. Additional benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, paid time off, a 401(k) retirement plan, and more.
