Key Responsibilities of a Client Relations Specialist:
Conduct engaging presentations to prospective customers, highlighting the advantages of our client's offerings, services, and promotions.
Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional service and a tailored purchasing experience through attentive listening.
Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and customize sales solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Leverage product knowledge, competitive pricing, and market insights to promote our client's offerings and boost sales revenue.
Accurately document customer contact details, installation schedules, and sales agreements.
Collaborate with fellow Marketing & Sales Specialists and Customer Service Representatives in team environments to develop effective sales strategies that enhance customer interaction.
Stay informed about our client's products, services, promotions, sales objectives, and campaign strategies by participating in all training sessions and meetings.
Work alongside our Marketing & Sales Executives and senior Customer Service team members to achieve all sales goals and targets.

Basic Qualifications for Client Relations Specialists:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related fields preferred.
1-3 years of experience in Sales, Promotions, Customer Service, or related areas preferred.
Reliable transportation to the work location.
