Your primary focus will be to ensure that inquiries are addressed accurately and promptly, fostering strong relationships in line with compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls, providing support and information to clients.
- Maintain professionalism while responding to inquiries from both internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to gather necessary information for resolving customer concerns.
- Analyze data to determine effective solutions for complaints and coordinate service recovery when needed.
Essential Skills:
