- Establish and cultivate positive relationships with current and prospective customers to encourage long-term loyalty.

- Previous experience in customer service, client relations, sales, or a related field.

- Ability to adapt to various situations with clients as they implement new integrations.
- Strong determination, drive, and capability to work independently.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills when engaging with customers and clients.
