Position Overview:
The individual in this role will be pivotal in fostering a positive rapport between TTM Technologies and its clientele. The Client Relations Specialist will cultivate strategic partnerships through proactive engagement aimed at achieving business objectives.

Daily responsibilities will predominantly involve energetic and positive customer interactions via telephone, email, and fax, with the goal of successfully processing customer orders and enhancing corporate revenue.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide accurate quotations based on customer drawings or information to effectively process orders.
2. Establish and uphold standard pricing levels during the quotation process.
3. Negotiate and follow up on sales quotes to secure and finalize job orders.
4. Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding product manufacturability.
5. Ensure precise order entry into established software systems.
6. Monitor job orders from initiation to product release.
7. Maintain a comprehensive database for backlog reconciliation.
8. Collaborate with front-end engineering to resolve issues ensuring timely and accurate product releases.
9. Communicate with manufacturing teams to address delivery and quality concerns.
10. Keep complete and accurate customer contact records.
11. Strive to meet and exceed daily performance goals.
12. Generate and interpret reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
13. Develop and nurture new customer accounts.
14. Maintain an organized workspace.
15. Balance workload effectively to achieve targets.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Comprehensive understanding of the technology involved in high-tech circuit board manufacturing.
- Demonstrated independence, motivation, and a results-oriented mindset to fulfill responsibilities and meet objectives.
- Excellent verbal communication skills adaptable to various audiences.
- Proficient in customer-focused telephone etiquette.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with diverse departments and personalities.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English as required for the role.
- Capable of working under pressure and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an inside sales environment, preferably within the printed circuit board sector.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits:
TTM offers a comprehensive array of health and wellness benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, and paid time off. Benefits become available on the first of the month following the date of hire. Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies based on numerous factors, including skills, experience, and organizational needs.

The estimated compensation range is between $41,354 and $65,366. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly bonuses based on position and performance.
