Director of Sales and Business Development

- Assume profit and loss accountability for the sales department.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop outside and inside sales teams.
- Provide on-going coaching, feedback, and mentorship to ensure maximum engagement and performance.
- Directly sell to company customers and prospects, targeting new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations to grow new sales and expand existing customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Facility Services.
- 3+ years of experience in Outside Sales.
- 2+ years of Sales Management experience.
- Strong marketing and sales strategy development skills.
- Working knowledge of safety distribution industry.
- Ability to set and meet aggressive business objectives.
- Excellent leadership and staff management skills.
