About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Business Solutions Sales Professional to join our team at Konica Minolta Business Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the Pittsburgh and Cleveland areas.

As a seasoned sales professional with 3-5 years of experience in software solutions, IT infrastructure, or managed IT services, you will have a strong working knowledge of industry hardware, IT services, and software solutions offerings. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned revenue targets within your assigned territory and collaborating with existing customers to offer tailored solutions that optimize their business processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is comfortable prospecting for new business opportunities, both independently and as part of a team. You will work closely with our Direct Sales organization, Regional Director, and Engagement Team members to promote our Solutions and Professional Services offerings, driven by Key Performance Indicators and Konica Minolta defined processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets within assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with KMBS 3rd party providers & LOB owners to craft customer solutions & presentations.
  • Maintain and manage individual sales activities and opportunities in the CRM Management System.
  • Participate in ongoing account review sessions as part of the account team.

Requirements:

  • Four-year college degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 3-5 years relevant Software Solutions, IT infrastructure or Managed IT Services sales experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of industry hardware, IT services and software solutions offerings.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable and presentable transportation.

  • An estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
