Regional Business Development Lead

HealthMark Group is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and developing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

As a Regional Sales Director, you will have the autonomy to create and execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients, and drive business growth. Your primary focus will be on winning new corporate clients, building relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic partnerships
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences
* Develop and execute sales plans, aligning with company goals and objectives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive business growth
* Analyze client needs and develop targeted solutions to meet their requirements
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, along with 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field. Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
