Junior Business Account Executive

We are excited to present an opportunity for an Entry-Level Business Account Manager at Triumph Management Group, Inc.. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing key client accounts and driving business expansion. Your contributions will be essential in enhancing client relationships and supporting our mission to provide exceptional value in the marketplace.
This position includes a robust training program that merges theoretical knowledge with practical experience, guided by seasoned professionals in the industry. You will acquire a comprehensive understanding of business operations, sales methodologies, leadership skills, and project oversight. The structured training will equip you with the necessary competencies to thrive in business management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, adeptly addressing objections and concerns to facilitate successful sales closures.
- Articulate product features, advantages, and pricing in a clear and persuasive manner to encourage customer engagement.
- Promote a cooperative atmosphere within the sales support team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with sales representatives.
- Maintain and update client information within the company’s CRM system.
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and improve overall sales support operations.
- Work towards achieving or surpassing sales targets established by the sales manager on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Provide further information, respond to inquiries, and nurture leads through to conversion.
- Seek guidance and mentorship from experienced sales professionals to improve performance.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Ability to establish rapport with clients, actively listen, and build trust is essential in sales.
- Basic organizational skills are necessary for this position.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications, email, and CRM software is advantageous.
- Capability to positively influence client decisions while addressing their concerns is a key skill in sales.
- Problem-solving abilities and creativity in addressing customer objections and tailoring product recommendations to meet specific needs are important.
