Key Responsibilities
- Engage in independent outbound sales efforts, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of the sales lifecycle and effectively guiding leads through the sales funnel.
- Consistently achieve or exceed designated sales targets and performance metrics, demonstrating proficiency in both transactional and solution-oriented sales approaches.
- Utilize strategic analysis to engage with clients in alignment with specific business goals, making informed decisions regarding the involvement of external sales representatives for more intricate or competitive situations.
- Employ consultative selling methodologies to discern client needs, offer customized solutions, and articulate the value proposition of products and services.
- Identify and cultivate sales opportunities within existing client accounts while effectively managing and nurturing those relationships.
- Maintain a precise and current sales pipeline, forecasts, and reporting in line with organizational sales protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with various teams within the organization to ensure cohesive and efficient account management, working together to enhance win rates.
- Take responsibility for accurate sales forecasting, considering historical data, market trends, and client insights.
- Coordinate necessary resources and support to effectively implement business strategies and sales initiatives.
Education & Experience
Preferred qualifications include a two-year university degree or equivalent experience, typically accompanied by 4-6 years of sales or IT experience.
Preferred Certifications
- Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP)

Demonstrates an understanding of HP Global processes and the ability to manage business across various regions. Exhibits the capability to mentor colleagues and shows thorough knowledge of the HP portfolio through customer interactions, test scores, and minimal reliance on sales associates or internal resources for product discussions.
Consistently engages in proactive activities within accounts to uncover new business opportunities and takes ownership of new prospects. Demonstrates performance through increased year-over-year attach rates, along with strong presentation and communication skills, and solid customer negotiation abilities.
