The Inside Account Manager will:

  • Identify and investigate potential leads through various channels, including outreach calls, online research, and networking, to establish a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Assess leads' needs, budget constraints, and decision-making authority to classify them as viable opportunities for the sales team.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the products or services provided, remain informed about new features and improvements, and effectively convey their value to potential clients.
  • Lead market penetration initiatives while mentoring and guiding other inside sales representatives.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations of products or services, customizing them to align with the specific needs and interests of each client.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems or sales tracking tools to document interactions, monitor leads' progress, and ensure the sales process is managed efficiently.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to refine sales strategies and enhance the positioning of the organization's offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and product teams to gather insights, address client inquiries, and provide feedback on customer preferences and needs.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, detailing progress, challenges, and opportunities, while analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for enhancement.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically possesses 6-8 years of relevant experience, ideally in inside sales or tele sales, or a related domain.
