Position Overview
This role is pivotal in actively engaging with prospective clients, initiating meaningful sales dialogues, cultivating relationships, and steering potential customers through the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities
In this capacity, you will:

  • Identify and investigate potential leads through diverse channels, including outreach calls, online research, and networking efforts, to establish a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Assess leads' requirements, budget constraints, and decision-making authority to classify them as viable opportunities for the sales division.
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the products or services available, remain informed about new features and improvements, and effectively articulate their value propositions to potential clients.
  • Lead initiatives for market penetration while mentoring and guiding fellow inside sales representatives.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations of products or services, customizing them to align with the unique needs and interests of each prospect.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems or sales tracking tools to document interactions, monitor leads' progress, and ensure the sales process is managed efficiently.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies and enhance the positioning of the organization's offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and product teams to gather insights, address client inquiries, and relay feedback on customer needs and preferences.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, detailing progress, challenges, and opportunities, while analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for enhancement.

Qualifications
Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically possesses 6-8 years of relevant experience, ideally in inside sales or tele sales, or a related domain.

Preferred Certifications
Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP)
