Job Overview:

As a Business Development Manager at Stand Strong Fencing Of Northern Virginia, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the region. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess market potential.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Earn an estimated $70,000 + annual base salary and additional incentives

Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in the Home Services Industry.
  • Fencing Expertise: Proven experience in fencing installation or sales.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Location: Must reside within a 30-mile radius of Arlington, VA.
