We are currently seeking a Telecommunications Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

Key Responsibilities of the Telecommunications Sales Representative:

  • Establishing and nurturing strong customer relationships on behalf of our clients through direct sales and effective customer relationship management
  • Closing sales when necessary and ensuring all procedural steps are meticulously followed
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all products and services offered by our clients
  • Addressing customer inquiries and providing suitable solutions
  • Recommending products and services that align with customer needs
  • Adhering to all client compliance protocols during customer interactions
  • Keeping detailed records of all customer engagements

Qualifications and Experience Required for the Telecommunications Sales Representative:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales roles
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a proven sales track record
  • Excellent skills in selling, communication, and negotiation
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
  • Capability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
