Your Role

At PEAK Event Services and Bright Event Rentals, we recognize that outstanding design is essential for crafting unforgettable events. We are in search of a skilled Visual Communication Specialist who possesses a keen sense for lifestyle and editorial aesthetics to enhance our vibrant team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in developing and sustaining the visual identities of Bright Event Rentals' varied brand portfolio, which includes Bright Event Rentals, PEAK Event Services, Reverie Social, and others. If you are enthusiastic about merging creativity with practicality and adept at overseeing multiple brand identities, we are eager to connect with you.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Design, schedule, and manage weekly email communications through our marketing platform. Produce engaging digital assets such as posts, reels, and video content for various social media platforms.
  • Brand Development: Create and modify visuals to accurately represent multiple brand identities and tones.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Web, and Asset teams to refresh website gallery images, event visuals, social graphics, and other web-related requirements.
  • Website Oversight: Work alongside the Marketing Website Specialist to ensure that images and product details on our website are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collateral Production: Design both digital and print materials, including advertisements, brochures, booklets, banners, invitations, and client presentations.
  • Photoshoot Coordination: Organize and manage product photoshoots for Bright and affiliated brands, upholding high standards of quality and detail.
  • Brand Integrity: Maintain the accuracy and consistency of all brands by addressing branding needs for clients and team members.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Create collateral for clients and team members while liaising with suppliers to ensure quality and precision.
  • Photo Management: Utilize photo editing and digital asset management programs to accurately represent and maintain brand portfolios, developing marketing materials to drive sales.
  • Internal Support: Partner with departments such as Training & Development, HR, Technology, and Accounting to create engaging presentations and materials as requested.
  • Campaign Management: Design, schedule, and oversee internal company campaigns, including contract designs and presentations.
  • Team Assistance: Collaborate with the entire team to support marketing initiatives across the department and organization.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about design trends and best practices to ensure our visual content remains innovative and effective.
  • Custom Design: Develop unique designs for product innovation, such as linens and dishware.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years of experience in graphic design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in lifestyle and editorial design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools; video editing skills are a plus.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms.
  • A solid understanding of brand identity and the ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on detail and a commitment to high-quality design.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
