**Job Title:** Inventory Specialist

**Job Summary**

The Inventory Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the tent division's internal systems to ensure seamless planning and installation of tented projects. This includes managing inventory systems, resolving overbooking issues, making purchasing recommendations, activating subrentals, and maintaining pricing guides.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Monitor and maintain tenting process knowledge to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assess project accuracy in rental software to prevent errors and delays.
  • Communicate inventory challenges to the team to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Measure product ROI and utilization to inform purchasing decisions.
  • Collect project data efficiently to support business intelligence.
  • Organize purchases and subrentals to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain a positive customer service focus to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and policies to maintain a high level of quality.

**Requirements:**

  • Prior inventory management experience in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory software to streamline processes.
  • Related field experience preferred, but not required.
