As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our LED lighting products meet the highest quality standards and specifications. You will be responsible for conducting end-of-line product testing, in-process quality inspections, implementing quality control processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

This position requires strong technical knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough inspections of assembled LED lighting products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with specifications, industry standards, and customer requirements. Inspections may include visual inspections, functional testing, and measurements using precision tools and equipment.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes and procedures to ensure consistent product quality. This includes developing and implementing inspection checklists, conducting in-process and final inspections, and documenting inspection results.
  • Identify and document non-conforming products, components, or processes.
  • Investigate the root cause of non-conformances and work closely with the production team to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing quality metrics, inspection findings, and recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement.
  • Participate in problem-solving initiatives and contribute to the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or vocational training is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the production of LED lighting products or electronics.
  • Solid understanding of quality control principles, inspection techniques, and statistical process control.
  • Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001.
  • Proficiency in using precision measurement tools and equipment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling clear and concise collaboration with cross-functional teams.
