Job Summary:

The Inventory Management Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of inventory management, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and leading a team of inventory specialists. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular audits to ensure compliance with state regulations.
  • Lead a team of inventory specialists to ensure timely and accurate inventory management.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to troubleshoot and resolve inventory variances.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve inventory management efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • At least 21 years of age.
  • At least one year of inventory management experience in the cannabis industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and METRC software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong math skills.
  • Previous inventory management experience.
  • Previous dispensing and/or service experience.
