Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, enhancing performance and initiatives, while developing and delivering information presentations to key stakeholders and senior management.
  • Oversee the strategy and resolution of complex challenges in Business Execution, leveraging strong analytical skills and comprehensive knowledge of the field to provide long-term, large-scale solutions.
  • Offer vision and expertise to senior leadership for the implementation of innovative business solutions that span across the organization.
  • Facilitate decision-making through team meetings or steering committees, supporting the execution of recommendations and plans.
  • Engage strategically with professionals and managers at all levels across various business lines, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership.
  • Guide a cross-functional team by utilizing business acumen.
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a Chief of Staff or Business Manager role supporting executive leadership.
  • Proven ability to work across multiple business lines and establish consistent processes.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Skilled in independently creating executive-level presentations and materials.
  • Background in financial services.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with senior executive leaders.
  • Ability to influence and partner effectively at the executive level.
  • Experience in researching, compiling, and presenting critical operational data in executive summaries.
  • Experience collaborating with executives, senior managers, and subject matter experts across the organization.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in preparing and delivering senior-level communications.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting, and SharePoint).
Job Expectations:
  • This position requires adherence to all regulatory requirements and compliance policies. Successful candidates must meet ongoing regulatory obligations.

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with specific preferred locations for candidates.
Compensation:

The base pay range for this position reflects the compensation offered, which may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, and work location.
