About this position:

Wells Fargo is looking for a Senior Business Execution Consultant in the BPM and Digital Transformation division. This role is pivotal in recognizing and implementing automation strategies for extensive Enterprise and Cross-LOB projects. The position will facilitate the integration of products and capabilities to develop scalable solutions that enhance returns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee intricate initiatives with widespread influence and serve as a crucial contributor in extensive planning efforts.
  • Identify comprehensive automation prospects to cultivate a substantial pipeline of high-value, scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Business, and Risk partners to ensure that automation projects are executed efficiently.
  • Assist in solution design to establish end-to-end business process automations.
  • Manage ongoing automation initiatives to guarantee that project milestones are met promptly.
  • Support current automation projects by addressing potential bottlenecks.
  • Engage strategically and consult with all organizational levels to resolve challenges and achieve objectives.
  • Work with senior management across Global Operations to define and implement the automation strategy in alignment with established OKRs.
  • Guide a cross-functional team utilizing business acumen.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Automation Expertise - A strong foundation in the application and advancement of tools and processes utilized within Wells Fargo and/or across the financial services sector.
  • Influencing Abilities - Demonstrated effectiveness as a communicator in virtual matrixed environments. Proven capability to simplify complex business and technology challenges and build consensus through collaborative architecture and design.
  • Strategic Insight and Execution - Ability to think strategically about business challenges, deconstruct problems, and present solutions while weighing the advantages and disadvantages of each option. Identify business opportunities through insightful analysis and logical reasoning. Innovate and implement creative solutions to business challenges.
  • Financial Services Background - Ideal candidates should possess experience within large Financial Services organizations and across various business lines, particularly within Wells Fargo.
Job Expectations:
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
