Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee intricate initiatives with significant impact and serve as a crucial contributor in extensive planning efforts.
- Identify comprehensive automation opportunities to establish a strong pipeline of high-value, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Business, and Risk stakeholders to ensure that automation projects are executed efficiently.
- Support the design of solutions to facilitate end-to-end business process automation.
- Manage ongoing automation initiatives to ensure that project milestones are met promptly.
- Assist in troubleshooting potential bottlenecks in ongoing automation projects.
- Engage strategically and consult with all organizational levels to resolve challenges and achieve objectives.
- Work with senior management across Global Operations to define and implement the automation strategy in alignment with established goals.
- Provide guidance to a cross-functional team leveraging business acumen.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Automation Expertise - A solid foundation in the use and advancement of tools and processes relevant to Wells Fargo and/or the financial services sector.
- Influencing Skills - Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in virtual matrixed environments. Proven capability to address complex business and technology challenges and foster consensus through collaborative design.
- Strategic Thinking and Implementation - Ability to think strategically about business challenges, deconstruct problems, and propose solutions while weighing the advantages and disadvantages of each option. Identify business opportunities through insightful analysis and logical reasoning.
- Financial Services Background - Ideal candidates should possess experience within large Financial Services organizations and across diverse business lines, particularly within Wells Fargo.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
