About this Position:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant within the BPM and Digital Transformation team. This role is pivotal in identifying and implementing automation solutions for extensive Enterprise and Cross-LOB projects. The position will facilitate the integration of products and capabilities to develop scalable solutions that enhance returns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee complex initiatives with significant impact and serve as a crucial participant in large-scale planning efforts.
  • Identify end-to-end automation opportunities to establish a strong pipeline of high-value scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Business, and Risk partners to ensure automation projects are optimized for effective implementation.
  • Support the design of solutions to create comprehensive business process automations.
  • Drive ongoing automation initiatives to ensure project milestones are met promptly.
  • Assist with current automation projects to identify and resolve potential bottlenecks.
  • Engage strategically and consult with all levels to address issues and achieve objectives.
  • Partner with senior management across Global Operations to define and execute the automation strategy in alignment with established objectives.
  • Provide guidance to a cross-functional team leveraging business expertise.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, and education.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Automation Expertise - A solid foundation in the use and advancement of tools and processes utilized within Wells Fargo and/or across the financial services sector.
  • Influencing Abilities - Proven track record as an effective communicator in virtual matrixed environments, with the capability to simplify complex business and technology challenges and foster consensus through collaborative architecture and design.
  • Strategic Insight and Execution - Ability to think strategically about business challenges, deconstruct problems, and present solutions while weighing the advantages and disadvantages of each option. Identify business opportunities through thoughtful analysis and logical reasoning. Innovate and implement creative solutions to business challenges.
  • Experience in Financial Services - The ideal candidate should possess experience working within large Financial Services organizations and across various business lines, particularly within Wells Fargo.
Job Expectations:
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
