Essential Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a Chief of Staff or Business Manager role supporting executive leadership.
  • Proven track record of working across diverse business lines and establishing standardized processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to independently create executive-level presentations and materials.
  • Background in financial services.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in articulating complex information to senior executives.
  • Experience in consulting and influencing business executives and leadership.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to prepare and present high-level communications effectively.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting, and SharePoint).
Job Expectations:
  • This position requires adherence to all regulatory requirements and compliance policies. Successful candidates must meet ongoing regulatory obligations.
  • This role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
  • The position supports a hybrid work schedule.
