As a Junior Business Consultant within the Digital Operations division, you will engage in collaborative project teams, assisting clients in enhancing the efficiency of their operations through process improvement, organizational transformation, and technology integration. You will work closely with clients and your Maryville colleagues, presenting insights to client leadership and honing your abilities to manage teams, projects, and client relationships.

Your role will encompass a variety of essential responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Process Improvement: Empower technology and business stakeholders to delineate enterprise processes that dismantle internal barriers, facilitating automation and improved decision-making. You will guide clients in effectively managing change through organizational change management initiatives such as stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and training programs.
  • Technical Solutions Developer: Assist clients in achieving their business goals by designing and implementing technical solutions. You will utilize your analytical skills to tackle complex issues with innovative approaches and leading-edge technology.
  • Project Coordination: Lead Agile project teams to enhance project execution while adhering to timelines and addressing risks, challenges, and action items.

Ideal candidates demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving with innovative and effective solutions. Most importantly, they possess a strong eagerness to learn and leverage their skills and knowledge to deliver value to clients and shape their future careers.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background, preferably in business, engineering, or computer science.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Enthusiasm for teamwork and collaboration across various organizational levels.
  • Interest in the application of technology to enhance business strategy and operations.
  • Flexibility to travel as required.
